TEIZA took part in the Vietnam Fintech Summit 2025 in Hanoi on 13 December 2025. The summit ran as an official programme within TECHFEST Vietnam 2025, hosted by Vietnam's Ministry of Science and Technology, under the theme "Regulatory Sandbox and Digital Asset Market in Vietnam".
Supporting and speaking
TEIZA was an official Supporting Partner of the summit. Our CEO and Co-Founder, Harpreet S. Maan, who is also President of ACCESS Blockchain Association Malaysia, was an official speaker. He shared perspectives on the evolving Web3 landscape and on building deeper connections between Southeast Asian technology ecosystems.
The MoU
Harpreet also represented TEIZA at the summit's MoU signing ceremony, where he joined APAC DAO and key partners. The agreement reinforces a shared commitment to building a transparent, regulated and innovation-friendly digital asset market in Vietnam.
ietnam's fintech regulatory sandbox for the banking sector, established under Decree No. 94/2025/ND-CP, took effect on 1 July 2025.
