On 13 October 2026, TEIZA's CEO and Co-Founder, Harpreet Singh Maan, and the TEIZA team met the leadership of IT Park Dushanbe in Tajikistan for a productive conversation on where technology cooperation can go next.
The meeting was a chance to compare priorities and to talk openly about how a technology park and a blockchain infrastructure company can support each other's work. Both sides came away with a clearer view of where their interests overlap.
What we discussed
The discussion focused on expanding collaboration across four areas: information technology, blockchain, education and innovative digital solutions. Both sides highlighted the importance of strengthening international partnerships and exploring opportunities for joint initiatives.
- Information technology: how international partners and local technology companies can work together.
- Blockchain: where distributed ledger infrastructure can support digital services and the wider digital economy.
- Education: how training and capacity building can help develop local talent.
- Innovative digital solutions: opportunities to build and pilot new tools together.
For TEIZA, these areas connect directly to our work on institutional blockchain infrastructure and to the training we deliver through TEIZA Academy.
About IT Park Dushanbe
IT Park Dushanbe, officially the Technological Park of Software Products and Information Technologies in Dushanbe, is Tajikistan's first IT park. It opened in the capital on 7 April 2025 during ICT Week 2025, with a mission to promote the development of information technologies and support digital entrepreneurship. It offers startups and IT companies an environment built for digital products and growth.
The park has also been building regional links. On 30 September 2026, a delegation from Uzbekistan's Ministry of Digital Technologies visited IT Park Dushanbe to discuss closer cooperation between the two countries' technology parks, including joint startup and incubation programmes.
Looking ahead
Both sides are exploring opportunities for joint initiatives. We will share updates as the conversation develops.
Thank you to the IT Park Dushanbe team for the warm welcome and the thoughtful discussion.
