TEIZA, through its education and capacity-building division TEIZA Academy, has signed a Memorandum of Understanding with Technohub Dushanbe to collaborate on delivering the TEIZA Academy capacity-building programme in the Republic of Tajikistan. The MoU was signed on 30 July 2026 by Harpreet Singh Maan, CEO and Co-Founder of TEIZA, and Masrur Ishanov, Director of Technohub.
About the programme
The TEIZA Academy programme covers blockchain and distributed ledger foundations, stablecoin and digital payment structures, digital asset regulation and policy, artificial intelligence and machine learning for government, financial regulatory risk, and blockchain for anti-corruption. Content is scoped to the needs of each cohort. Delivery will begin in English, with Russian-language localisation as demand grows.
Who does what
TEIZA is responsible for the curriculum, trainers and certification. Technohub, an education-focused technology hub in Dushanbe, is the in-country partner, handling local delivery, venue and logistics, and participant nomination.
A framework for what comes next
The MoU is a framework for the two parties to negotiate definitive agreements in good faith. Detailed commercial terms will be set out in those agreements.
