Industry bodies submit joint feedback to Bank Negara Malaysia on asset tokenisation.

ACCESS Blockchain Association Malaysia, the Malaysia Digital Consortium (previously the Malaysia Blockchain Consortium) and the Fintech Association of Malaysia (FAOM) have officially submitted joint industry feedback on Bank Negara Malaysia's Discussion Paper on Asset Tokenisation in the Malaysian Financial Sector. BNM published the paper on 30 October 2025 and invited written feedback.

One collective voice

To keep the response collective, feedback was gathered under Chatham House Rules. That allowed candid, high-level input from plenary sessions and member reviews without tying any view to a single organisation. The result is a 37-page report.

Credit goes to the contributors, the research team and the design team, and to ACCESS President Harpreet Singh Maan and FAOM President Anil Singh Gill for their leadership. TEIZA is proud to have supported ACCESS and its partners in this initiative.

The groups remain committed to working closely with Bank Negara Malaysia toward a robust and innovative tokenisation framework.
